Shared & Allocated EV Charging FAQ's

No. If we carry out the work to install charging to your developments shared or allocated parking, then we will meet all costs. If the number of spaces in your development outweigh the number of chargers possible to install, then your neighbours will have the option to secure their space to ensure it is ready for charging.

No. The majority of residents will need to agree to the chargers being installed within the shared or allocated parking area, however we will meet the initial cost if only one charger is being used.

The install time upon completion of the legal process and sign-up period is 1-2 weeks.

A stage 1 pre-wire means all groundwork and cabling is carried out to the car parking space. This secures the space and the remaining stage of installing the charging post and charger is delayed until the space owner requires it.

Prewiring a space allows all groundworks and cabling to be done at once, this minimises disruption and ensures a faster process to getting connected once ready.

Yes. Minimising disruption is key to our service and very important to us. We will also be in contact with your neighbours in advance of the works to ensure all legal aspects and property deeds are covered prior to commencement.
