The boring part (Survey & Legals)
Our allocated engineer will contact you to progress the design and survey (if applicable to the stage of your project) to fully detail the specific requirements of your development. We have lengthy experience of dealing with different network operators and will supply the necessary information and requirements to provide your chosen electrical engineer. This will include the required electrical loads to aid in their discussions with the local DNO.
Once a design to suit the proposed development layout is agreed and signed off, the plans will progress through the necessary legal process to ensure the new apparatus remains accessible and serviceable, providing a reliable installations for current and future homeowners.
The fun part (Construction & Install)
Our construction planning process will commence during the legal process to allow a timely construction start date. Once wayleave agreements are signed off, we will notify you and your residents of our site start date. Our Charga helpline will also be available for any queries and to provide piece of mind to your residents whilst we maximise efforts to minimise disruption.
The Charga system has been designed to be installed and maintained as a stand-alone system. This minimise disruption to your residents and means we will not need access to their homes during the install.
Once everything is ready for construction start, we will split the works into a phased manner to ensure the roadways and pathways are made available as much as possible. All work will be carried out by qualified and insure contractors with all necessary separation between the construction and public areas in accordance with health & Safety guidelines.
